Good morning. Just came in from the porch. I try to get sunlight as soon as I wake up (before I open the phone). Anyone else in the habit of doing that? It feels so good and is a great way to begin the day. How was your weekend? Sharing bits and pieces of life lately with the Monday Morning Wrap Up.
DOWNTOWN FRANKLIN

I spent some time in Downtown Franklin this week. Birthday season is upon us so I knocked out some shopping. You can’t beat the weather and the beauty of spring.

The Anthropologie store has a fantastic home section. This sofa was calling my name. My parents had chairs that were similar but in a sage green color. Such a timeless look.

I’ve mentioned this before, but be sure to pop into the Leiper’s Fork Distillery called House of Spirits on Main Street. Always great live music and yummy food/drinks. This was from a date night – having fun with old school editing.
FIVE YEARS LATER

This past weekend we enjoyed time on Broadway with some dear friends. We opt to go late afternoon and be home by 7:30. Yes, we are old and we love it. Ole Red always has the best live music. When Ryan and I were first exploring the Nashville area we came to look at homes and stayed downtown. This was the spot we loved going to. Hard to believe it’s been five years now. Time sure flies.
SEARCHED HIGH AND LOW

I’ve been on the hunt for a wood end table for so long. I’ve scoured Facebook Marketplace, local stores, etc. It is harder than one would think to find a table that isn’t short. This is solid wood and a great shape. This is the espresso color and it’s really pretty in person.

We have these two sofas in our basement and I knew I wanted the table to be right about the same height. That way the lamp and photos don’t look lost. Love having a spot to have these family photos from throughout the years.
BEAUTIFUL SUNSET

Tennessee was showing off this past week with sunsets. I could live out here most of the year.
GRADUATION SIGN

Do you have a graduate this year? I found this shop and love their signs. I customized this with a special saying I have with my son. Can’t wait to decorate with it for his upcoming high school graduation. Great piece to be able to take to a dorm room, too.
I also recommend Shuttefly for photo gifts or an album. They extended their sale through today. I have been working on putting together an album for my son (so easy to do on their site).
DON’T MISS OUT ON THIS

Bauble Bar is having a huge sale!!! The entire site is 20% off but these stacking bracelets are now $10 each. That is HUGE. They are normally between $36-$42 each. Such a fun gift idea and I like the idea of gifting them to friends for grad gifts (for the many parties that happen). Check out the stacking bracelets here and the rest of the site here. I love this chunky necklace that is so popular right now.
A FAVORITE ON SALE

Also a heads up that this incredibly soft ruby sweatshirt is on sale. I wear this all the time and get so many compliments. It’s super comfy.
Saturday Shopping was a fun one. You can get caught up here if you are interested. If you are feeling the craziness of May I am right here with you. I need to take my own advice. My daughter is in the thick of finals and I told her to just focus on the next thing on the list. That, my friend, is what we all need to do. Good luck this week. You’ve got this!
