Saturday Shopping

Good morning! Just got back from the Farmers’ Market and ready to jump into some Saturday Shopping. I’ve been quiet on the blog this week because our daughter heads back to school tomorrow. We have been soaking up every minute. I’ll keep it short and sweet today with some tried and true favorites.

LOVE THESE PIECES

Our basement coffee table has been a great one. It was to be an inexpensive place holder until we fell in live with something. But now that we have it, we are in no rush. It’s a great table.

And this rug is velvety soft. Really great moody colors and I can’t believe the price right now. We have the large 8′ x 11′ in here and it’s now under $300!!! That is really great.

Here is a better look at the colors. We actually had the large rug in our bonus room but when I was looking for our basement, I realized it was perfect and shopped it from my own house.

And you know I love a rug if I have two! I bought the smaller version for my closet. So soft in here. Highly recommend. My dresser is currently out of stock but I’ll keep an eye out for it.

And huge news! Our swivel chairs in this color are back in stock!!! It’s been forever. So happy to see this color back.

GREAT FAUX STEMS

My niece reached out the other day asking about faux stems I like and this is what I sent her. I’ve purchased two sets because I like them so much. They are just so pretty and well done. You can certainly cut them down shorter, but I appreciate the long stems for larger vases. They are easy to shape and add so much to a space. I appreciate that they are 3 for $36 (3 stems are plenty). The large vase has great texture and scale.

BEAUTIFUL FAUCET

If you are replacing bathroom faucets, this is our favorite! I’ve used it five times. We have it in our bathroom as well as our powder room. I used it in California, too. Easy to install and fantastic quality. I love a polished nickel for the warmth it brings.

FAN FAVORITE

This piece is currently under $300 which is great. I just love the legs and the hardware. It’s rare to actually love hardware on these pieces. Really gives it so much character.

We bought these cordless sconces for Riley’s college bedroom. Can’t wait to install them.

WEARING LATELY

Definitely on repeat. And I’ve heard from a couple of you how much you love these pants (and the $17 price). That makes me so happy. They are nice and lightweight and just darn cute. I always get compliments on them. And this white t shirt is $8!!!

I love that they brought these jeans back this season. I adore them (so much so that I have 2 pairs). They are $23.

This top is is feminine and pretty. The back on it is really cute as well. I am wearing a size small. This top is $15. And I live in these sandals from Target. Truly the best.

These sandals are now on sale for $17.50. You know what that means? I am buying another pair because I love them and want a back up just in case. The funny thing is that when I meet my girlfriends for lunch we are almost always wearing the same sandal. They are great and so comfortable (especially for travel).

GREAT FITTING DENIM

These are another favorite of mine. Different price point but great fit and style.

COMFY SNEAKERS

These are so good!!! They look so much like the high end version, are comfy and only $25.

These cute sneakers are comfortable and $23.

Riley adores these silver sneakers. Said they were comfy right out of the gate. She is happy to be taking these to school with her. Nordstrom has a great selection, too.

LINEN TOP

Last week, the link was acting up for this linen blouse. It’s a really good one and is $39! My faux leather tote is awesome and a great price. Bought one for Riley to have at school, too. She uses it all the time already.

ON REPEAT

This skirt is from this Amazon set and I wear it non stop. So good and such an easy thing to throw on.

MY YOGA PANTS

Little Miss Riley had no problem borrowing my yoga pants for hot yoga this summer. She loves these just as much as I do. They are buttery soft and so good. Worth the splurge and wash beautifully. My quilted jacket is incredibly soft and comfy.

PURCHASED LATELY

I have this box on our coffee table filled with photos I print from the phone. But I bought one for Riley and she is going to use it on her dresser to hold her necklaces.

I also bought this. Has anyone tried it. If I love it, I’ll send one to Riley to use at school. I’m all about less heat on my hair. Plus I have fine hair, and these type of curls last longer than the ones created with the curling iron.

SEND OFF GIFT

Last year I left Riley with a little gift. She wears it everyday. This year, I spotted this bracelet. While it is a birthstone bracelet – and you can go that route – I thought it would be cute to do the school color. Or maybe a sorority has a certain color. You can get creative behind the meaning. Just love this so much.

And that’s a wrap because we have some serious packing to do. My daughter inherited my procrastination gene. I should not be surprised that she saved it all for today. Off and running. Wish us luck with move in year #2. Have loved having her here all summer so it will be a gut punch, that’s for sure. Enjoy your weekend and thanks for being here.
