WEARING LATELY
I noticed the Amazon version of this bag is on sale. It looks identical (Riley loves it). My exact one can be found here. Both versions come with an insert and that is what I transfer between purses if I switch it up. It’s so easy and convenient.
This white blouse is on repeat over here. I truly love it. It’s a bit on the short side so it works best with high waisted pants and denim. The open neck is so pretty with necklaces. It’s currently on sale!!! I am tempted to buy another one because I don’t want anything to happen to mine (that’s when you know you love something).

These Mary Jane’s are comfy and so pretty. True to size. Great color for fall.
This is the ruffle collar cardigan. It’s incredibly soft and would be great for Thanksgiving.
And the white blouse again (on sale). I truly wear it all the time. It just looks classic. But it’s this pretty fall necklace that is so fun. It adds just enough color.

A FAVORITE AROUND HERE
No secret I am a Cocolab girl. LOVE the toothpaste and floss. Whitening toothpaste without the peroxide. Five star reviews for a reason. You’re teeth feel so clean after using.
I usually use the mint floss but the coconut is great! Reminds me of a beach vacation. The floss is strong, doesn’t break and easy to use. Highly recommend. Oral health is tied to gut health and is so important in keeping inflammation in the body down.

CONGITIVE HEALTH
Did you know that low grip strength is strongly related to and increase in cognitive decline and dementia. Something near and dear to my heart. It’s so easy to work on that by hanging. You can start with just a few seconds! You’ll very quickly build up strength. I am currently trying to beat my 80 seconds right now. You can grab one here. So simple but so important.
