Saturday Shopping

December 13, 2025 by Courtney Leave a Comment

Christmas is coming, my friend. Today we are trying to get the house back in order because we are hosting two parties next week. It’s my hope that I will have everything knocked out by then. We shall see. Sharing a few fun pieces I’ve bought lately plus a recap of my holiday gift guides. Let’s get to it.

HOLIDAY OUTFITS

plaid pants

The second I saw these plaid pants I knew I had to order them. My brother wore plaid pants every single Christmas and I LOVED it. Time to carry on the tradition. These are a bit of a khaki background and just so cute. A bit of a splurge but I plan to hang onto them. They are a snug fit so definitely go up one size. They are a soft and so fun to wear. The black top is my Amazon go-to $10 tee. I wear them all the time.

Spotted these in store and they are now on my Christmas wishlist. Sooooo comfortable and darling. Also available here without shipping. These would look great with the plaid pants.

Clearly loving plaid this season. I plan to wear this on Christmas Eve. The ruffle trim blouse (on sale) is so pretty and on sale. I love that the blouse isn’t cut really boxy so it works well under a sweater. I also appreciate the length on the skirt (not too short). For reference I am 5’7″ and wearing the size 4. The plaid skirt is marked down to $29!

Here is a look at the blouse under a sweater. The ruffles peek through at the cuffs and neck.

These tights are a MUST if you live in cold weather. They are fleece lined and a dream to wear. Riley loves them as well.

NOW 40% OFF!!!!

Ladies, you can’t go wrong with these Target boots. They are now $33!!! Incredible price.

I literally just ordered these (because I like the heeled version so much) and now they are on sale for $27!!! What?! That is so good. Highly recommend. I’m going to call and see if I can get a price adjustment.

This is so hard to capture on camera but this sequin puffer is soooooo cute. Every time I wear it I have at least 5-6 people come up and ask me where it’s from. In person it’s the perfect shimmer for a night out. But it’s not over the top. A great way to dress up basic denim and black boots or heels. Currently on sale. One of my favorite purchases ever. My husband can’t get over how many people ask about it when I wear it.

This leather jacket is really pretty as well.

It’s so hard to capture on camera but it has pleats in the back and falls beautifully at the waist. It’s really unique and pretty. It’s currently marked down to $100. As you can see from my photo . . .it’s not shiny in person. Not sure why the online photos make it look like that.

Spotted this sweater and thought it was beautiful.

This darling jacket is under $20! It’s so warm and cozy and the floral print is adorable. Especially if you are like me and wear mostly solid colors/neutrals. (pink hat here) Loving the denim at Target now, too. This ivory sweater has been on repeat lately.

vacuum

I had the best message from a reader this morning saying how much she loves her mop!!!! It really is so great. I look forward to cleaning the floors because it’s so easy and so effective (plus it cleans itself). This is the one I have. This version has a 40 minute run time which is really nice! Each version that comes out is better than the last so you may want to check those out, too.

I just bought another one of these. We have a kitchen tree and I have to crawl behind it to unplug each time. This little number will plug into the outlet and then I can put the switch anywhere I want to turn it on and off. Not sure why I didn’t do this sooner.

FUN GIFT IDEAS (THINGS I BOUGHT)

This might be in Ryan’s stocking this year. So clever. It turns green when it’s level. Genius.

This book came highly recommended and will be a gift for Ryan.

Looking for another gift for you teen (or any age)? These indoor/outdoor suction darts can be played on countertops, tables, or glass. Really any surface. Fun and competitive. Easy game!

A stocking stuffer for my girl. Great for anyone in college with roommates that leave lights on when you are trying to sleep. Really great for anyone. I started leaving one if our guest room for guests when they come.

So fun!!! I bought these buzzers for my nephew who teaches fourth grade. I used something similar when I taught 5th grade to review for tests. You can really turn any review into a fun game with these. Fun way to study with your own children at home, too. Family trivia night just got more exciting!

Great gift for a favorite things party. I bought one for Riley. This flyaway wand is saving me lately with my flyaways and new hair growth. It lays them down without leaving your hair stiff and yucky.
