Morning. I’m excited to share some really fun finds with you today. If you are new to this series, you can get caught up on all of the installments at the end of this post. I have always been about mixing high and low and this series is designed to give you beautiful options as you work to decorate your own spaces or update your wardrobe.
PAY THIS NOT THAT
I love nothing more than finding a great alternative for a more expensive item. While you may notice a difference in quality when you choose not to go high-end, sometimes it doesn’t matter at all. Nor would anyone know the difference. And more money left in the bank is always a good thing.
I love the coastal look and Serena & Lily will always be a favorite of mine. We have had their bistro chairs for years and adore them. While I do think the quality is excellent on their pieces, the price tag is extremely high. I had fun rounding up some home decor that gives the exact same vibe without the sticker shock. In fact, I just ordered a couple of these save options for a project I am working on.
- dining table $7000
- dining table $500
- bistro chairs $319 for 2
- bistro chairs $600 for 2
- tiered chandelier $4300
- tiered chandelier $189
- beaded chandelier $2500
- beaded chandelier $250
Can we have a moment for the $2000 savings when you order this beaded chandelier. Holy smokes. And I love it. The dining table ($500) has fantastic reviews. That is a difference of over $6500 with the splurge option.
POTTERY BARN INSPIRED
I appreciate that Pottery Barn pieces are always substantial and give a luxe feel. But when you can achieve that same look while spending less money I am all about it. And remember hardware is an inexpensive swap so if you want to get an exact look you can always switch that out.
- large nightstand $899
- large nightstand $639
- two drawer nightstand $699
- two drawer nightstand $225
- one drawer nightstand $599
- one drawer nightstand $290
